Video Games, by nature, necessitate a level of activity by the player. Point-and-Click adventures in the early days of their creation used puzzles as the means to bring some agency to those who played. When Telltale’s The Walking Dead was released, it used dialogue options, alongside an interesting narrative to draw the player in. Telltale’s Minecraft: Story Mode goes back on everything established by the genre and Telltale’s use of interesting narrative. The first episode of Minecraft story mode is a slow, prodding, uninteresting, unintuitive, video game, if I could even call it that.

Simon Parkin reported Kojima had a non-compete clause until December.
This week’s entry will be rather short, as I played only a little. Since, my birthday was approaching, I decide against purchasing a new game, specifically Undertale, which has been something I’ve been looking forward to playing. Continue reading “What I Played Last Week (October 11th-17th)”
